A New Brunswick Bar member since 1979, Ted practices primarily in the field of Civil Litigation including Insurance, Construction, and Insolvency Law. He joined Bingham Law in 1990.

Ted is a current member of the Defence Research Institute, the Insurance Institute of New Brunswick, Canadian Defence Lawyers Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Moncton Area Lawyers' Association and the Association of Trial Defence Attorneys. Ted has been a lecturer at the New Brunswick Bar Admission Courses with regards to Mechanics' Liens, Insurance Law, Insolvency Law and Civil Procedure. He also has extensive experience in ADR including mediations and arbitrations.

Ted received a Bachelor of Science (Honors) with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Physics from Acadia University in 1975. He also did graduate work in Mathematics at the University of Alberta. He obtained his law degree from Dalhousie University in 1979.

Ted was recognized by LEXPERT as a leading practitioner in Corporate and Commercial Litigation. He was recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for excellence in Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Financial Restructuring, and Insurance Law. He was also named Best Lawyers' 2015 "Lawyer of the Year" for Insurance Law.

In his free time, Ted enjoys golfing and cycling.
